Baked Greek-Style Fish image

Give baked fish a Mediterranean-style twist with chopped fresh spinach and tomatoes and sliced kalamata olives.

4 swordfish steaks (1 lb.)
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup sliced red onion s
1/3 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Place fish fillets in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
