Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Drain pears, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Place pears in 8-inch square baking dish.
- Combine dry pudding mix, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Add reserved pear juice and milk; beat with whisk 2 min. Pour over pears.
- Toss nuts with remaining ginger and cinnamon in small bowl. Spray lightly with cooking spray; mix lightly. Sprinkle over pudding mixture.
- Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Cool slightly.
