Baked Flounder with Parmesan Crumbs image

4 flounder fillets (3/4 - 1 lb.)
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine or butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large shallow baking dish with margarine or butter. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place close together in the dish.
  • Mix the parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs, melted butter and olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top the fish fillets.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden. Let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
