Number Of Ingredients 6

4 oz. chopped cooked bacon
4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
1 T. finely chopped toasted pecans
1 t. chopped fresh thyme
12 fresh figs
Honey

Steps:

  • Cut 12 figs in half. Press the back of small spoon into centers of halves, making indentation in each. Mix all but figs. Spoon bacon mixture into indentations. Bake 7 minutes. Drizzle with 1 T. Honey and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
