Baked Cheese-Stuffing Casserole image

Why give 'em rolls when you could serve up this casserole? It's just cheese and herbed stuffing held together by an egg-and it's delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups water
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Bring water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  • Add egg and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
