Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Mix oil and vinegar together in a small bowl.
- 3. Place salmon fillets in prepared baking dish and rub garlic into them. Pour oil and vinegar over them, turning once to coat.
- 4. Sprinkle with cilantro and basil and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- 6. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is no longer transparent in center.
- 7. Drizzle some of the sauce over each piece to serve.
