Steps:
- 1. Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees.
- 2. Cut fish in bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Lightly sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.
- 4. Combine pancake mix and bread crumbs in a paper bag.
- 5. Dip fish in water and egg mixture.
- 6. Shake fish in bag to coat with crumbs.
- 7. Fry in oil for 7 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once.
- 8. Serve immediately.
