How to make Bacon,Gruyere & Endive quiche

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350F abd grease pie plate well.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat,cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and drain all but l Tbsp of fat from skillet.
- Layer endive,bacon and cheese in pie plate. Whisk together eggs,cream,garlic,salt&pepper until well combined. Pour over filling in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until top is puffy and golden brown & quiche is set and no longer jiggles.
- Serves 6. 12.8 carbs,10 fiber
