- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Add onions to reserved drippings in skillet; cook on medium-low heat 20 min. or until onions are softened and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Drain onions; return to skillet. Add bacon, honey, wine and vinegar; mix well. Bring just to simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Cool slightly.
