Bacon Cheese Log Appetizer image

When in doubt, serve something that's guaranteed to please everyone! This appetizer is made with herbed cheese and crispy crumbled bacon.

Yield Makes 1-1/4 cups or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1/2 tsp. paprika

Steps:

  • Process VELVEETA and cream cheese in food processor until well blended; transfer to medium bowl. Stir in bacon, onions and 2 Tbsp. parsley. Place on large piece of plastic wrap.
  • Roll into log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove plastic wrap. Roll log in remaining parsley; sprinkle with paprika.
