This is another one of my favorite omelettes. It combines simple ingredients for a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious meal any time of the day!

Steps:
- Break raw eggs into a small bowl; add salt; beat with fork or small whisk until yolks and whites are well homogenized.
- Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour eggs into skillet; cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, but remain glossy and slightly loose on surface.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped ham, bacon and chives over egg.
- Using an egg turner or spatula, fold omelette in half or into thirds; remove from heat.
- Slide omelette onto serving plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese, bacon bits and chives, if desired.
- Serve immediately or keep warm until served.
