- Fry bacon until crisp, drain & crumble.
- Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & hot sauce & pour over avocados. Toss gently.
- Gently fold bacon, tomatoes and onion into avocados.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
