Steps:
- Cook one side of the tortilla and remove from the skillet, placing the cook side UP.
- Spread a healthy amount of refried beans over half of the tortilla and then sprinkle cheese on top of that.
- Fold in half and cook each side of the quesadilla. Cool and serve!
