BABY BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BUTTERED PECANS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup pecan halves, cut into thirds
3 tbl margarine
3/4 tsp salt
2 lbs baby sprouts, or reg that are quartered
1/2 tbl minced garlic
1 tsp fresl=h lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 toast pecans about 10 minutes add 1/2 tbl butter and 1/4 tsp salt coat the nuts melt remaining 2 1/2 tbl margarine over moderate heat add garlic, cook about 1 minute increase heat to moderate high, add sprouts, saute about 5 minutes add lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir in pecans serve
