Avocado with tamari & ginger dressing image

This vegan snack with ginger, tamari and zesty lemon is a real zinger that's ready in just 5 minutes

1small garlic clove , shredded
½ tsp shredded ginger
1 tsp tamari
2 tsp lemon juice
1 avocado

Steps:

  • Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
