Avocado Mandarin Tossed Salad image

This is so refreshing and tasty. Doesn't hurt that it's also really good for you too. P.S. You may want to add more avocado because I know I sure do every time I make it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1-11 oz. can(s) mandarin oranges
1/2 c thinly sliced green onion
1/3 c coarsely chopped pecans
1/8 tsp pepper
4 c torn green leaf lettuce
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 c prepared italian dressing

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl combine the oranges, onions, pecans and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Just before serving, place the greens in a salad bowl, top with orange mixture and avocado slices. Drizzle with dressing.
