Avocado Jello Salad image

Can you have too many jello dishes????

Categories     Gelatin Salads

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg lime jello
1/2 c hot water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple, with juice
3/4 c whipping cream
1 c avocado, diced

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Drain pineapple and add juice into jello mixture. Cool; when thickened, add pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream and avocado.
  • 2. Rinse mold in cold water, pour in mixture and chill until set.
