Aunt Margie's Apple Pie image

My Aunt Margie and my mom loved to cook together, and this is one of Aunt Margie's pie recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp cinnamon
6 c apples, cored, sliced and pared
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter
1 9" pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes.
