Aunt Jane's sweet potatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 cans Yams or sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1/3 stick Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Steps:

  • After mashing potatoes, add all above ingredients
  • Put in prepared casserole
  • Add topping: 1/2 stick butter, 1 C brown sugar 1/3 C flour; 1 C chopped pecans
