AUNT JANE'S HEALTHY COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 sticks margarine
approx 2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs (or 3/4 cup egg beaters)
nuts, raisins, dates, etc.

Steps:

  • Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients a little at a time until incorporated. Add nuts, raisins, dates, etc. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 350-degrees for approx 10-15 minutes. Dough can be made ahead and chilled if desired.
