Steps:
- 1)Heat oven to 325 2)Place garlic on sheet of foil. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil; loosely wrap. Bake until soft and tender, about 1 hour. 3)Gently squeeze garlic blubs; place in food processor. 4)With machine running, drizzle in remaining olive oil. Stir in mustard and lemon juice, salt and pepper. 5)Serve with asparagus.
