This is great for brunch or even dinner. It also travels well. I have brought this to many brunches. It reheats beautifully as well. You can even serve at room temp.

1/2 c chopped onion

1 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
