Steps:
- Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat in large non stick pan. Wash and clean asparaus and mushrooms. Cut off ends of asparagus but leave whole. Slice mushrooms. Place asparagus spears in pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until slighty crisp. Add mushrooms and cook another 3-5 minutes unitl mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle shredded mozarella cheese over aspargus and mushrooms and let melt. Season with freshly cracked pepper.
