asparagas in white cheddar cheese sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pound(s) asparagus, fresh
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) white cheddar cheese powder
4 slice(s) white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
1 teaspoon(s) chives, dried

Steps:

  • cut whole bunch of asparagus in half.....put lower part in zip bag and freeze for later use... put the rest in microwable bowl nuke 5-7 min til tender
  • mix cram and cheese powder in bowl nuke 2 min stir nuke again 1 min at a time til hot and bubbly add cheese slices stir well nuke again til slices are melted add asparagus and chives stir well serve
