Asian Orange Marinade image

This is an easy marinade. Great on chicken and pork. It would probably be tasty on beef too!

Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 c orange juice
1/4 c soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
2 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp ginger

Steps:

  • 1. mix ingredients together and put with 2 pounds of meat in a resealable bag. refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • 2. Discard marinade and cook or grill meat until done and enjoy!
