Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the onion, and cook until starting to soften.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sautee one minute more.
- Add peppers, cook until starting to soften.
- Turn off stove, and add tamari to taste. Use a bit of Wondra to thicken the sauce (may need to turn the heat back on for the Wondra).
- Remove from stove; transfer to a glass container, and chill.
- Grill beef to rare. Chill.
- When ready to eat, slice beef thin and mix it into the peppers.
