Steps:
- Start the night before your BBQ by combing the apple/raisin/brown sugar mixture in a bowl. Set aside. At dinner time, BBQ the pork indirect and warm up the apple/raisin in butter. Serve the chops drizzled with sauce and have some simple rice and beans (recipe also on epicurious.com) with it as a side. Note: try different liquors in the marinate to adapt this to your specific tastes.
