Apple Cinnamon Soy Protein Smoothie image

Dairy-free and delicious! Apples, cinnamon and protein-packed soy milk make this a tasty protein fruit smoothie for any time of day.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
1 sweet, crisp apple* (medium size) peeled, chopped red apple (about 1 1/4 cups)
1 cup refrigerated vanilla soy milk**
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine AllWhites® and apple in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add soy milk and cinnamon. Cover; blend until well mixed. Serve immediately***.
