Steps:
- Melt butter and saute onion. Then add peppers, chicken and cauliflower. Cook until just cooked. Add apples, curry, salt, pepper and cook until just tender. Sprinkle the flour over everything, stirring to coat. Add the milk and raisins stirring and cooking until sauce comes to a simmer and thickens. Serve sprinkled with toasted almonds and hot chile sauce over rice or noodles.
