Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package (5-ounce) mixed salad greens, Fresh Express®
1 pound assorted deli meats (such as salami, mortadella, ham and cappocola)
1 jar (16-ounces) mixed olives, Giuliano Olive Antipasto®
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup pepperoncini salad peppers
1/2 to 3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette, Newman's Own®

Steps:

  • Place salad greens on a cake pedestal or serving platter. Arrange meats, olives, beans, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, tomatoes and pepperoncini on top of greens. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
