This are very easy to make and look like you spent a lot of this making this tempting treat to snack on. These can be made and frozen too. To color the coconut; just place a handful of coconut in a plastic ziploc sandwich bag and add a few drops of food coloring and squish around the coconut until all of it is coated to the color you want. Make several colors; to make the dessert plate colorful or just make orange for Halloween and Thanksgiving or red and green for Christmas. Red and white and blue for 4th of July!

Steps:
- Break up cake into bite size pieces. Place on tray and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Combine powdered sugar, water and flavoring in a medium bowl- making it thin enough to dip in the cake pieces ; but not drippy.
- Place the coconut in your little bags and color with food color of choice and squish around to coat. Spread coconut onto wax paper to air dry.
- Remove cake pieces from freezer and dip or drizzle with icing and then roll into coconut . Place on wax paper to air dry then onto serving plate. Beautiful!! You did a great job!!
