Amish Cheese Pie Recipe - (4.3/5) image

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 8 oz carton sour cream
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Grease 9 inch pie pan with margarine mix pie ingredients til smooth Add eggs 1 @ a time Bake @ 325 30-35 min (don't let sides brown too much) Cool 20-30 minutes Increase oven temp to 350 Mix sour cream with vanilla & sugar Spread over cooled pie Bake 10 minutes Chill before serving
