Number Of Ingredients 6

6 large apples
2 T sugar (about)
1 t cinnamon
1 t ground ginger
1/4 cup sweet wine
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Core and quarter the apples. Put the apples in a processor with the remaining ingredients. Process in pulses. Leave a bit of crunch to the mixture. Adjust seasonings.
