ALTON BROWN'S CRANBERRY SAUCE image

Yield 1 mold

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pound cranberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup 100% cranberry juice (not cocktail)
1 cup honey

Steps:

  • Bring ingredients just to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cranberries should blow open. Take off heat, cool for 5 minutes. Spoon into mold/s of choice. Chill at least 6 hours. Unmold, slice and serve.
