Steps:
- 1. Prepare cake as directed on box. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.
- 2. After baking cake, prick cake all over with fork while cake is still warm. Pour pineapple with juice over cake.
- 3. Blend pudding mix with milk and cream cheese, adding cream cheese a little at a time. Spread over pineapple.
- 4. Refrigerate cake --the longer the better, until serving time.
