Steps:
- Preheat over to 325 degrees. Butter a 8x8 pan.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Using a fork, mix in 2 eggs. Then add in flour, sugar, almond extract.
- Pour into pan. Top with the almonds. Make for 45 minutes.
- When cool, you can dust the top with confectioners sugar. Instead, I use 3-4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar and added amaretto to create a glaze and drizzle that on top.
