Steps:
- In a large stew pot, add butter and allow to melt on me./low heat. Next, add the stew meat, cajun seasoning, and 1 teas. salt. Allow stew meat to brown, stirring occasionally. (12 to 15 minutes)
- Next, add worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, powdered or granuled garlic, oregano, and paprika. Stir together well.
- Next, starting with the beef bouillon and water, add everything else, except the carrots and green beans.
- Add top to stew pot and allow to simmer for 35 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, add the carrots and green beans, stir, add lid back to stew pot, allow to simmer 20 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
