Aji Verde (Spicy Peruvian Sauce) image

Aji Verde is a Peruvian Sauce used on most anything. Great on taco's, burritos. Chicken. I used it with seared Tuna steaks

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 cup(s) fresh cilantro chopped
2 medium jalapenos seeded and rough chopped
3 clove(s) garlic
1/3 cup(s) cotija cheese
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice

Steps:

  • Blend in food processor until everything is mixed and broken into tiny pieces. Taste and adjust for seasoning
