1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup chia seeds
4 tablespoons granulated sweetener (such as Swerve®)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine almond milk, cream, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate until thick, 4 hours to overnight.
