ACINI DI PEPE FRUIT SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 14

3 quarts water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
4 ounces of Acini de Pepe pasta
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs - beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 ounces of canned manderine oranges
2 (8ounce ) cans of crushed pineapple
2 (8 ounce) cans of pineapple chuncks
2 (9 ounce) tubs cool whip
bananas

Steps:

  • combine sugar, flour, salt in a sauce pan, stir in pineapple juice, beaten eggs and lemon juice cook over moderate heat stirring constantly until thick. Cool to room temperature. Cook macaroni according to package directions, rince with cold water, combine with dressing, mix lightly and refridgerate over night. In the morning add remaining ingredients, chill well.
