8 Layer Mexican Dip image

1 can refried beans
1/2 tsp cumin
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
16 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
2 Tbsp pitted black olived, sliced

Steps:

  • Mix refried beans and cumin. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Mix softened cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread on top of beans.
  • Layer with 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato. Top with 1 cup cheese and sliced black olives. Refrigerate several hours until cold.
