7-UP JELLO (JONI’S RECIPE) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 8 oz. Cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 t. lemon juice
Cream well and put aside.
4 pkg. Knox gelatin - dissolve in ½ c. of liquid juice
1 ½ c. boiling water - Mix with gelatin mixture.

Steps:

  • Drain 1 can each of 16 oz. Can peaches, fruit cocktail, and mandarin oranges. Mix all together including cream cheese mixture. Add 1 can 7-Up. Pour into 9x13" pan and refrigerate.
