5 Star Bundt Cake image

How to make 5 Star Bundt Cake

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cooking oil
2 beaten eggs
2 t vanilla
1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add flour mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Put in greased and floured bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Cool for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from pan, cool completely and dust with powdered sugar, or cover with a glaze.
