5-Minute Guacamole image

This is one of my family's absolute favorite snacks, and it's way better than the guacamole you buy at the store! This recipe makes enough for about 4 people, as an appetizer or poolside snack (served with tortilla chips).

1 ripe avocados, finely chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
ΒΌ onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
