Steps:
- Layer green beans in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. then layer the corn.
- Combine the next 4 ingredients and layer on top of the corn. Combine the Ritz crackers and butter place on top.
- next sprinkle the almonds on top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes
