4 Salmon Fried Rice image

A different spin on Chinese fried rice! Enjoy!

5 baby carrot cut in pieces
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 onion cut pieces
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 dry chili chopped
1 stem green onion chopped
2 bowl of cold cooked riced
1/2 cup broccoli cut large pieces
3 clove garlic sliced
3 oz salmon cut 3/4 inch
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken knorr

Steps:

  • 1. Cut salmon into cubes. Season with salt,dried chili, pepper, garlic powder and a little flour . Let it marinate and set aside
  • 2. Prepare ingredients: Dice the carrots, broccoli and green onion
  • 3. Boil the broccoli and carrot
  • 4. In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil Saute garlic and cook the salmon. Once fully cooked set aside.
  • 5. Heat up the bowl of cold rice and cook till warm.
  • 6. Put butter in the pan and add the onions.
  • 7. Add broccoli, salmon, pepper, green onion, chicken flavor and soy sauce. Enjoy!
