3-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG image

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 Tbs Flour
4 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbs milk
dash vanilla
3 Tbs vegetable oil
3 Tbs chocolate chips (mini)
3 Tbs chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Spray mug with cooking spray. Mix ingredients in mug in order given. Microwave on high (more or less depending on microwave) for 3 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes and eat directly from the mug or tip onto a plate. Each mug serves 2.
