3-2-1 Lemon Cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 eggs
2 (18 1/4-ounce) boxes lemon cake mix
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cake mixes and whipped topping mix well. Chill dough for at least one hour. Drop by tablespoonfuls into powdered sugar coat thoroughly and roll into balls.
