1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, from 5-6 whole lemons
2 cups frozen raspberry
2 cups frozen peach
1 cup fresh raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan, and bring to a slight simmer over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Using a high speed blender, add ¼ cup lemon juice, ½ cup simple syrup, and 2 cups frozen peach slices to the blender cup. Blend on high until smooth. Transfer to a large cup, and set aside.
  • Using the same blender cup, add ¼ cup lemon juice, ½ cup simple syrup, and 2 cups frozen raspberries. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Layer slush mixtures into 2 glasses, starting with the raspberry lemonade slush, then peach lemonade slush, repeat until glasses full, then garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.

2 cups sugar
3 cups chopped peeled fresh peaches (about 3 medium) or 1 pound frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1 package (3/4 ounce) fresh basil leaves or 20 large leaves
4 cups water
1-1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
5 to 8 cups ice cubes
Peach slices and additional fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar, peaches, basil and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 30 minutes. Discard basil; stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until cooled completely., Process half the peach mixture and 2-1/2 cups ice in a blender until blended, adding more ice if desired. Repeat with remaining peach mixture and ice. Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup + 5 cups of water, divided
1/4 cup white sugar
3 peaches, peeled & diced
6 ounces raspberries, washed
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 pound of lemons)

Steps:

  • In a medium pot, mix 1 cup of water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add peaches and raspberries. Cook boiling 5 minutes mixing well. Peaches and raspberries will break down and turn to mush, this is good! Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Transfer warm mixture to a blender. Blend or pulse until smooth and no chunks. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove raspberry seeds and any chunks. Add lemon juice and mix well. Place mixture in container with a lid and refrigerate until cool. When ready to serve, add 5 cups of water to lemonade syrup & mix well.
