- 1. Place the yogurt, berries, pineapple, juice and honey or Splenda in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add wheat germ, flax, spices and ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.

I found this in a pamphlet from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. I have not tried it yet, but it sounds tasty and refreshing!
